That is a very sad tale of mishaps, Kath. That just is not funny at all. Wishing you strength with all the appts.
Well, in spite of it all you sound better than for a long time. What a thing to happen though, bashing your face like that. How many times have you had folk say "What's the other bloke look like" - lol!
Happy New Year love and how I'm looking forward to catching up with your Simple Rhymes

Oh Dear Kath! Sorry you fell and broke your teeth, but grateful that you didn't break anything like a hip or something like that! It's great that you have been able to look at the bright side, and that things are looking up despite your needing all new teeth. Just think how beautiful and nice they will be when done! Here's to a brighter 2011 for us all. Love and hugs to you dear friend. So good to see a rhyme from you! Made my day! xxoo

So sorry to hear about your teeth, Kath; it was a hazardous few weeks wasn't it? I don't think any of us were ready for it so early.
Good to hear from you, and have a Happy New Year - from now on xxx
I'm glad you are on the mend and will soon be getting fixed up there. Spring will come and winters woes will be a thing of the past. Winter does seem to be a rough season that brings out the worst in us. Take care my dear and keep well and soon you'll be SMILING again. Glad you are looking on the Bright Side! It helps for sure. I'm sending Lots of Love and Hugs your way today!
Oh Dear Kath, what a chapter of accidents. I do hope the teeth situation gets sorted out soon. can you have them all out and then in within a couple of days ? I just can't imagine having to go to the dentist more often. I have an absolute horror of dentists...Thank you to your dear saughter for letting me know how you were getting in...she is a love..
Take care and take it easy one day at a time..
much Love sybil x
Kath, sounds like you have had a bad time of it! My friend are you okay??? Love you.
Kath I am so glad that you are able to write again! It sounds like you have had a rough round of it my friend. I have been praying for you, and love you.
Kath so sorry you've had not so much fun of late. Do take good care of yourself and maybe you will have everything fixed by spring.
I am sad to have read about having lost your original teeth and having to endure the pain. It must have been more than bearable without some medication to ease the pain. We just have to be so careful and take every precaution if that means having someone to help hold us up when trying to venture out in the ice and having shoes with gripping soles that will be the best choice of footwear. I am glad that your breathing is returning to normal and you are feeling better now since your hospital stay. You have such a cheerful attitude toward everything which makes the difference between happiness and saddness. Thanks for your encouragement on my building project. My worker and I got down the big maple tree and 2 other maple trees that were too close to the house structures. My pecan trees can stay because they did not lose limbs during the 70 m.p.h. plus winds. We have work to do inside getting sewer venting and flooring, etc. as weather above 35 degrees F permits. I only make posts every few months and have a few friends that I have known over the years so I don't feel overwhelmed by too much mental energy used on the Internet. May you and Rooster have a blessed and healthy 2011. mark/salty (always just click on my mtrib2 screenname and salty photo for my URL)
Kath! ((((Hugs))))
What an awful thing to happen to you! Poor you! At least something good has come of it.
The dentist spotted the disease in your gums. That's not good for your full body health prospects if it is left untended. You should be up and running again once spring has sprung my lovely friend.
What humour you have... you are such a treasure!
Get well soon. Thank you for posting when you are feeling so rough. Bless you!
Take care of yourself.
Love Jeanie xxxxx
Hi Kath as usual you seem to be at war with your health. I had a lot of teeth remove over time and was given partial dentures but I have never got on with them and they spend most of the time in a small box. How people actually eat with them is a complete mistery to me. I gag on them all the time. The actual dentures are really nice but they dont seem to like me. I do hope you will have better luck its just me I should perserver with them more. you take good care Kath and its lovely to see you are back on form. Kath.
